    Solution of DSP3+ update software

    About the new update of dsp3+ there may be problems arise, the

    following is the solution.

    1. with software version 0254.0022, there may be error display “please

    connect an adapter and click button ok” ,even you have connect an

    adapter well. Please choose My Device--->ResidentFlash--->InterNet,

    do software update.

    2. During the software update, you’ll get error display “File not found,

    please contact us…”,please wait for about several hours to do software

    update again or contact withhelp-desk-smelecom@hotmail.com .

    3. When you get error during “Software Update”, please choose

    “Firmware Update” first, then do “Software Update” again.

    4. During mileage correction , If you get error code “15027f” , please

    contact with help-desk-smelecom@hotmail.com and do “Firmware

    Update” .

    5. If the software version is later than 0254.0022, most of problems

    during update will be solved by “Firmware Update”.

    The update of DSP3+ aims to solve problems of mileage correction

    operation safety and the long operation time, any inconvenience, please

    understanding.
