Title:
Request to provide a screen for tagging Gp’s to respective DE’s and AE’s in SE login.
Description:
As per CRD instructions we had provided a screen for tagging Gp’s to respective DE’s and AE’s
in SE login.
Validations:
1. If few Gp’s in a mandal in a department are tagged already to a designated person
then we are not allowing further tagging for that mandal in same department.
2. If a particular GP has already been tagged to a person then we are not allowing
tagging of that GP to any other person.
3. If under a person a certain set of gp’s are tagged then we are not allowing that person
to be tagged to any other GP’s
Flow:

1.In SE login we had given a screen “GP TAGGING” for tagging a gp to a selected designated
person.
2. The user has to select the department , cluster and mandal in which the gp’s have to be tagged
to a designated person.
3.Then the user click’s on “GO” button.

4. The Gp’s available in the mandal selected are displayed in the available gp’s list.
5. Then the user has to move the gp’s that need to be tagged to a person to selected Gp’s list.
6. Then the user has to select the designation of the person.
7. Then the persons under that designation are shown for selection.
8. Then the user needs to select to which person to which the gp’s need to be tagged .
9. Then user finally submits the data and the selected gp’s get tagged to the designated person.
