Observe the following picture and write about it according to your own criterion:

Give a name to each person in the picture and Describe each one of them (personality,

appearance, clothes…).

In the picture there are four friends; Paul, Maria, John and Carla. Paul and Carla are

siblings, he looks a gray sweater, blacks’ pants and dark pink jacket and she wears a short

blouse and blacks’ pants. Maria is Paul’s girlfriend and John is Carla’s boyfriend. Maria

wears jeans and white t shirt and John looks short pants and gray sweater and jacket.

Paul is 29 years old, he is dark skinned and Brown hair and small eyes, he is engineer, he is

very nice, funny and intelligent.

Maria is 25 years old, she is straight and fair hair, she has blue eyes and pale skin. She is

enthusiastic and friendly.

John is 30 years old, he is engineer too, Paul and John are job partners, he is Brown and

short hair and Brown eyes. He is very friendly and in his work is very efficient.

Carla is 22 years old, she is the smaller of group. She is dark skin and she has long and

brown hair, she is kind and ingenious. She is psychologist and she works with child.

Where is that place? , What can you do there? and What are they doing?

They are near Santa Marta, Carla drived to there but the driver for turn back will be raffled.

That place is very beautiful, this a place is open air, and their breezes are strong If I was

there I would get out of the car to get fresh air. They were traveling to Santa Marta; they

were tired because they had been sitting for a long time, so they decided take a rest, they

get out of the car and they took a picture. This picture that you can see today.

What did they do yesterday?

I think that yesterday, they were preparing their luggage, even, they had to buy something

that they didn’t have, as sunscreen.

What are they planning to do tomorrow?

Tomorrow they will be sunbathing, getting a tan, eating seafood and mainly they will be

going to have a swim.

Daniel, is a 23-year-old boy, dark-haired, tall, he has a pink shirt with jeans, he is cheerful

and he likes to laugh a lot, he enjoys being with friends and having fun, he likes to go out to

recreate and get out of the monotony

Carla is a blonde girl of 22 years, very fun and sociable, she likes to go out with her friends,

she enjoys natural landscapes and loves nature

Felipe is a 25-year-old boy, he has shorts with a gray T-shirt, he is fun, he likes to spend

moments with his friends, he is happy, he does not like monotony.

Lorena, is a girl with dark skin, thin, she wears a short blouse with black pants, she is very

sociable, she likes to be friends, she always smiles, she is kind to those around her and she

likes to have fun

3. Where is that place? (Place, city…)

They tour the landscapes of the municipality of Tierralta Córdoba.

4. What can you do there?

that place is perfect to look at nature, enjoy a quiet afternoon, breathe outdoors and enjoy a

good company as friends, family, couple, etc.

5. What are they doing? (present progressive)

They are enjoying a very special and natural place.

6. What did they do yesterday?

They saw the scenery, they laughed a lot, they chatted, they remembered funny moments,

they took photos, they made funny videos.

7. What are they planning to do tomorrow?

They will share with all the photos and videos, and they will make plans to return to that

beautiful place.

Juan camilo, María Camila, Alejandro and Daniela

• Describe each one of them (personality, appearance, clothing ...).

Juan Camilo has a jacket that matches his gray t-shirt and his black pants uses his darkest

glasses because the light bothers him a lot. It is a lot of fun and family loves to share and

always offer the best every moment.

Camila is the most extroverted. She loves going out, sharing, enjoying with her friends and

filling each space with tenderness, love and joy. She wears a white sweater with green

corners while her jean is blue.

Alejandro loves to wear short and very light colors, he is very passive and sometimes very

shy, he loves to eat dogs, pizzas, sticks, all junk foods. In turn, we can say that Alejandro

does not like to read or write, that is, he likes to study very little. .
Daniela likes to wear less tight clothes, she wears a very small blouse and black pants just

like Juan Camilo, her hair is short in dark color, she is very fun, she loves parties, riding

skates and eating ice cream.

This place is in the municipality of Puerto Libertador department of Córdoba

What can you do there?

Juan Camilo, Camila, Alejandro and Daniela want to make a camp to enjoy how wonderful

it is to observe nature.

What are they doing? (present progressive)

Everyone is sharing a camp where there is food and where they enjoy the privilege of

enjoying the animals, the singing of the birds and the rivers that are around them, the fresh,

pure air that oxygenates our lungs and recharges our bodies with a positive attitude.

What did you do yesterday?

Plan everything related to the field trip, organize everything they needed to have a fun day,

having a great time with food and observing how beautiful our nature is.

What do you plan to do tomorrow?

Go viral the news and practice the benefits of being in the field to others and invite more

friends to enjoy days like that, show them our photo showing how happy we were sharing

with the sun, air and animals.

Mariana Alberto André and Camila decides to go on a trip to San Andrés island, which they

go for a day to enjoy the beach and its surroundings, Mariana is a little white, who wears

blue jean clothes and a white T-shirt with dark jafa and white frame, Alberto who is his

partner is wearing a purple shirt, lucky gray black pants and white socks

Andrés is Alberto's best friend who does not know San Andrés and they were scheduled to

travel together Andrés wears his beige shorts and gray sweater blue shirt Camila their

mutual friend wears a blue short blouse and black pants dark brown glasses, they decided to

travel in Andrés's car since he is a little comfortable and was at ease the 4 Andrés is of a

friendly personality Alberto is a bit imperative and he likes to spend more time traveling

and knowing places Mariana is the crazy combo, although his appearance says another

thing has a good sense of humor like Camila both are charismatic and playful

David is the younger man of that group but he is huge. He is surprisingly strong because he

does exercise at the gym every day. He has dark skin. He has short wavy black hair. He has

a beautiful smile. He is tall, He is 1.90.

Laura is 20 years old her boyfriend is David. Her eyes are small and blue. He has blonde

hair. She is small. She is slim and beauty. Her favorite color is white. She loves to spend

time with her friends.

Oliver is older than David. He is 40 years old. He has brown eyes. He has short hair. He is

medium-height. Sometimes he is nice but sometimes he is serious. He likes to travel with

his girlfriend and friends.

Valentina is young and gorgeous. She’s married with Oliver. She has a black hair. She is

medium-height. Her eyes are big and green. She is slim and attractive. She is so funny and

she loves to dance.

That place is in Puerto Gaitan Meta city on the banks of Manacacias river.

What can you do there?

I can take a bath in the river. I can spend time with my boyfriend, my family and friends. I

can take selfies with the nature. I can breathe pure air. I can hear the marvelous songs of

birds and wild animals. I can sleep under big trees. I can do a picnic.

What are they doing?

They are traveling to another country. They are traveling to Venezuela because they want

to know another places. They are having a great time because that’s a new experience for

them. It’s a pleasant day. They are laughing a lot. Oliver is driving his car and his girlfriend

and friends are sleeping or listening music. Oliver is enjoying the nature and he is breathing
pure air. They are taking selfies for upload to social networks. They are planning their new

adventure in another country.

They went to work. They ate lunch together. They were packing their suitcases. They were

buying the tickets. Oliver and his girlfriend were waiting for their passport. They were

cleaning their houses. They were buying food for the travel. They were repairing the

Oliver’s car.

They are going to go to new restaurants for taste new food. They are going to take photos in

amazing places. They are going to talk with unknown people. They are going to visit

Plot Beginning: in the first scene appears Andrew

buying two coffees, one for him and other for

Margareth (his boss). In general, the beginning of

the movie shows the relation of Margareth with her

staff, especially with Andrew that is her personal

assistant. She is very terrible with them, when she

appears in scene the staff are quiet in their places of

work and when she lets the scene they turn back to

make other things.

Knot: Andrew, accepts the proposal of his boss and

wedding plans begin but under their conditions.

Then the couple went to sitka alaska to meet

Andrew's family, where obviously Margaret will

not feel very comfortable since she is an executive

who has everything under control and when she

gets there many surreal things happen. Having her

immigration agent in the shade, she continues her

wedding plans.

Ending: Margareth went to the church, there are all

the guest waiting for her, when she and Andrew are

in front of the altar she begun to talk about her plan,

 she admitted her proposal to Andrew. Guests all

were in surprise, Margareth leaved the place and

traveled to New York, Granny’s Andrew wants that

her grandson marries with Margareth, Andrew feels

in love with his boss, so he traveled too for looking

for Margarerth, he confessed his love to her in front

to all staff and he proposed marriage to her, she

accepted and they go to the judge for do it.

What did you learn about the the appearance

S2. What I like most about the movie is the plot of
movie?
the comedy, since the viewers transmit fun to us

and since they also transmit love for the family

S3 I like the movie because it shows us and reflects

the approach of true love that we should have as a

family.
S4. This is beautiful because it shows us that the

plans do not always go as we wish, much bigger

things usually happen, it also shows the family

unity and the most important point is that when

love is given, it is without obtaining naca in return

and without conveniences

S5. I learned that love has no social class,

sometimes we fall in love with those who least

expect it, love is beautiful, love is a great adventure.

How did the film make you feel? S1. I felt gracious, because the movie has much
 scenes funny.
S2. I felt enthusiastic since it transmits a lot of joy,

I could even say that it was short, very beautiful

and very wide

S3. The movie made me feel happy since it

encompasses enthusiasm, action and a lot of fun

this leads us to see it repeatedly.

S4. It is a movie where I could laugh, entertain, and

spend time with the family. And if I see her again I

would feel the same things

S5. I could feel different emotions, I could laugh, I

could cry, I realized family´s love is very important

for us, by the other hand I realized the pure love

reaches when you least waiting for it.

academic program you are studying? where the native language is English, that permit us

know much your language and too your customs,

laws, lifestyles, etc.

S2. firstly the movies his natural language is

English helps us for our professional life where we

go, it is one of the most important languages in

education no matter if it is initial primary or

secondary
S3. in professional life is very involved because this

English language is of utmost importance, not only

in our profession but also in all careers around the

world, due to this language we have the facility to

 communicate and socialize with different people

from other countries.

S4.It is a very funny movie which teaches us how

important it is to have the family and the fact of

building a solid home, but with the correct

principles. and the one regarding the language is a

movie that can reinforce the English language since

in my profession it may be necessary at some point

to know English
S5. The movie is relate with this English level that I

am studying at UNAD, because the original

language of the movie is English, so I could see the

subtitles in English and I could learn expressions,

vocabulary, I could train my listening.

Another ending for the movie That the movie shows what happened after. If they

could be had married much earlier, we could watch

completely happy ending, seeing to grow children

as it would have been in his married life and if he

wanted.
