One of the technological advancements that could

products.

3. Is genetic engineering a pure scientific process or is it an act of humans playing like

God?

I really don't think so, but, firstly, it's engineering, it's science. Secondly, it's a
technological process for changing the DNA program, in a cell, based on knowledge gain
through the application of the scientific method. I think, it's not playing like God since to
do that you have to be doing great and unexplainable "miracles".
