Break even Point = 80000/1000 = 80
Bigger picture amount= 1cr.

3. What are the tasks to be done to get your first set of potential customers?
 “First 10 services will be free” will provide first ten services as free in exchange for the
testimonials and they need to spread the awareness about this service in their nearby area
or to their relatives and friends etc.
 Advertisement through newspapers, online and via phone calls and emails.
 We can also contact the hospitals and offices, when we will provide our service to the
hospitals in exchange of that we can collect the data of covid patients from them and then
we can reach out to those patients personally as there are more chances of them becoming
our potential customers.
 “Referral codes “ there will be discount over referral codes which will definitely increase
the chances of getting bookings.
 Organize offline conference or event to create more awareness about the service among
people.
 Creating a page of the company over social media platform and Posting short videos of
the service over the pages .
