Court. Can he succeed?

ii) Shankar an Advocate has received some money from a client Priya for filing a case. But he did
not file a suit for longtime. It came to the knowledge of Priya and she demands the payment of
money. In spite of that Shankar did not pay. Advice priya regarding the remedies open to her.

iii) Sunil a junior Advocate took some money from his client to pay fee of a doctor in obtaining a
medical certificate. The client wants to lodge a complaint against his advocate. Can he do so?
