BIOGRAPHY

Ronald Dean Coleman, (Bastrop, Louisiana, May 13, 1964), a former American bodybuilder, is the winner of
eight Mister Olympia titles; He is considered one of the best bodybuilders in the history of this sport.1

Coleman graduated from Grambling State University in 1989 in Accounting, obtaining the cum laude rating.2
Between 1998 and 2005 he was champion of all editions of the Mr. Olympia event.

In 2006 Mr. Olympia, seeking to break the record of eight consecutive titles he shares with Lee Haney, came in
second place, surpassed by Jay Cutler in the most controversial Mr. Olympia edition in history.3 In 2007 he
competes for last time in a Mr. Olympia, obtaining a fourth place, although he would continue to participate in
other bodybuilding events.

In March 2009, Ronnie was arrested after a policeman stopped him for speeding in Dalworthington Gardens,
Arlington County.4 Ronnie Coleman identified himself as a policeman. He subsequently changed his statement
twice saying he was a police officer in the reserve and an officer in a hospital. Ronnie showed a police badge,
but personnel records showed that he had stopped having a police license in 2003, so the police made his arrest.
Coleman, 45, paid bail on the day and avoided prison while awaiting trial.

Since his retirement, today, Coleman is dedicated to giving exhibitions and seminars all over the world. In 2010
he began marketing his own brand of supplements, "Ronnie Coleman Signature Series".
