On 11th of May, 2020, PASOA organizaton of PSU Main Campus in Goa, Camarines Sur conducted an

activity entitled " PASOA free load ". This was done by the help of our very own adviser, Ms. Menchie E.
Del Castillo and distributed by Grace C. Enciso BSOA-3B, one of the officers of the above-mentioned
organization. Such free load was came from our own funds. All members have been contacted to
confirm whether their contact numbers they have provided were active or not. Some are not but almost
all of them have replied for confirmation. However, there are some students who did not avail the free
load because they have their stable internet connection. The activity was finished on May 15, 2020. They
were posted it on their social media accounts. They were so thankful for this activity. We felt happy at
that time because we know that almost all of us have lack in terms of financial matters amidst the
COVID-19 Pandemic. By the help of this activity, we hope that almost all of the students were already
submitted their requirements through online.

RESOLUTION PROVIDING FREE MOBILE LOAD TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF
STUDENTS IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION (PASOA) FOR THEM TO SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIREMENTS BEING
ASKED BY THEIR INSTRUCTORS AND PROFESSORS.

WHEREAS, will provide load to all members of the Philippine Association of Students in Office
Administration (PASOA).

WHEREAS, the need for the mobile load of PASOA members is exigent and necessity.à

WHEREAS, PASOA has a capacity to provide free mobile load to their members if it is needed.
AND NOW THEREFORE, upon motion by MS. MENCHI E. DEL CASTILLO and duly seconded by MS. GRACE
C. ENCISO.

BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved designate the free mobile load to all members.

LET COPY of this resolution be furnish to the CBM Dean's Office of Partido State University Main Campus
in Goa, Camarines Sur for its information and appropriate action.
