Same like malka Daal bhigona hi- 1 hour
Daal + pani + all above ingredients

AALU KATLI ZEERA SARSO OIL SABUT LALMIRCH


AAALU bhigona -20 minute
Sarso oil pakaao till bhaap comes from oil

for 1 person IN when OIL cools, then add onion, sabut mirch, zeera
PATILI then fry the above and add aalu + half Salt in it
Then add half cup paani +Half Salt , & Cover patili & wait for allu to coo

when OIL cools, then add onion, sabut mirch, zeera
Half kg lauki for 1

Half kg lauki for 1 then fry the above and add LAUKI in it & LAUKI BHUNO
