Answer: When you establish a company, management is very important. Management is very important not only as an owner but also as an employee. You can’t make your business a success without good management. You need to have leadership to manage your people for them to be productive in every single day of going to work. You can also minimize the cost of your expenses if you manage your people and resources wisely. Management is everywhere, not only in a business but also in any organizations. That’s why I think it is important to study management. 2. Give examples on how effectiveness and efficiency differ from one another. Answer: Effectiveness is to how much a product or service is given in such a timeframe while the efficiency is the quality of the product or service. For example, you ordered in a online shop and you received the product in the scheduled time of delivery with the right color and quantity but not so good in terms of its quality, that is effective. For efficiency, when you order online and you might received it late but with a very much good quality that you can use it for a much longer time, that is efficiency. 3. Who are the managers, and what do managers do? Answer: Managers are the one who plans, organizers, lead and controls others individuals in the process of pursuing goals. For example, you start up a restaurant business and your first goal is to make it successful by first having a unique and best dishes. In simplicity, you need to start up step by step by setting a simple and possible goals.
