accounting and auditing firms" which is the first sentence in their website.
• They have the general information that the public users need such as the name of the firm, the
complete address, the contact numbers, and key services offered which are accurate and true.
• Website controls are simple and basic which makes it easier for the users to navigate.
• There is no discrediting, nor attacking of other firms.
• There are client testimonials.
• They use words that are easy to understand, specifically on the key services part which will help the
users to easily understand the services they offer.

CONCLUSION

In my conclusion, I can say that the website of Villaruz, Villaruz & Co., CPAs (VVC) has an acceptable
advertising and promotion. There may be self-laudatory statements but I'm sure that they have proofs
on why they consider themselves as one of the Philippines' leading and most trusted accounting and
auditing firms. For me, their website is very accessible to the general users due to its basic website
controls and due to its simple words that helps users to understand their services. It may not be very
appealing to the eyes, but it will feed our eyes with enough information we need from their firm.
