    Greetings!

    I am writing this application in response to an article posted stating that the City
    Government of Cebu HRDO is currently looking for an ENGINEER I.I am Malchiel G.
    Diorec, 26 years old of good health, single, Filipino, a licensed Mechanical Engineer
    who got my degree of the said profession in University of Cebu last April 2014.

    I believe that I possess the qualifications, skills, ability and experience that the
    government agency needs for the position of Mechanical Engineer I and the passion to
    serve for the interest of the community also urge me to apply in this position. If given a
    chance, it would be my honor and deepest gratitude to be part of this sector in our
    government as well as to finally fulfill my dream in serving the public. My pertinent
    papers and documents are hereinafter attached.
