Positive Effects in Graphic Design

Advancement is the key! Over the years, there have been different ways to express

something but, the most common one has been expressed through images. In ancient times,

drawing and painting on walls were kinds of communication and alertness. However, in order

to improve these images, there have been many changes made. In fact, these changes have

benefited the field of Arts, especially design. Actually, graphic design has improved

tremendously. Nowadays, there are notable technological advancements which have had a

huge positive impact in graphic design.

In graphic design, creating, which is one of the first important parts, has had a big useful

technological improvement. People, especially designers, tend to have a big imagination.

Sometimes this imagination cannot be easily expressed. For instance, years ago designers had

to spend several hours to sketch their ideas in their computers with the help of a mouse.

However, this difficulty has been eliminated. In actuality, there are devices such as graphic

tablets, pen tablets, and drawing tablets. In other words, these tablets are like paper and

pencils but with better results. Therefore, these devices help designers to create things with

even more details than the other ones, in a short period of time.
 Besides creating sketches, there is something really important that gives the design a

plus which is display. Year after year, the way people look at designs is becoming more

selective. Since there are many technological programs available, people expect more colors,

higher resolutions, and more detailed designs. Programs such as Adobe and Corel are currently

the most used in graphic design. Furthermore, this software can also be updated to the latest

version. This means that there is something new added to the software. Consequently, the

quality of the design will be even higher. In other words, the design’s color capability, image

sharpness, and view-ability will be something people expect to see. As a result of this

technological improvement, a person should be able to see all the angles, true colors, clarity,

and details of the design with more ease.

While designs can be easily admired in computers and tablets, printings are still the

most demanded. A printed design is a collection of tiny dots which make the colors of the

image. In fact, a few years ago, designs could not be clearly seen in printing even though they

were perfectly designed in a computer. The reason for this was the kind of device which was

used to print them out. Because of this problem, there has been created a device which has the

ability to print and scan high resolution designs as well as three dimensional images. In other

words, these designs will look just like in the monitor. In effect, high resolution in printing and

scanning has become the best way to appreciate a design. As a result of this technological

advancement, a person will be able to see true to life images.

New improvements have had huge positive impact in design. In effect, graphic design

now counts with the best technology to elaborate better designs. Technological advancements
such as graphic tablets, new software, and advanced printers are the key to get the best results.

In fact, the process of creating, displaying, and printing have become less difficult. Thus,

designers can now be more creative and design even more. As a consequence, viewers will be

able to appreciate high resolution designs in monitor as well as in printings.
