Reiteracion
The offender has been previously punished for an offense
which the law attaches an equal or greater penalty or for two
or more crimes to which it attaches a lighter penalty.

Quasi-recidivism and reiteracion cannot co-exist


Quasi-recidivism refers to a situation where the second crime
is committed during the service of sentence for the first
crime. Reiteracion refers to a situation where the second
crime is committed after service of sentence for the first
crime. As to reiteracion, the law says previously punished.
