Please if so will to investigate with the department of quality and we ask apolagise for the
inconveniences.

with our dispatch department; unfortunately this problem was due to circumstances beyond
our control.

We are dispatching these products immediately and will arrive the end of the week, please
confirm receipt of the order the next weekend.
