Our Scope includes Engineering, Supply, installation & commissioning of:
Chilled water system for processing lines and A/C load; provision has been made for office and mezzanine
area. However fan coil units for offices and mezzanine areas have not been included in our scope of supply
100% Fresh Air AHU (10% of total volume flow) and stainless steel evaporators with air sock system for
filling area;
AHU with 10% Fresh/recirculation with air sock system for processing area
Ammonia pump system for Blast Chiller, cold store, Labneh & Labneh debag stores
Freon standalone system for the freezer store @ ‐18ºC

TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Prices Our price CIF Aqaba Port – Jordan (INCOTERMS 2000) to supply, design,
Install, start‐up & commissioning the equipment as detailed in this offer will be:

(One Million Four Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Sixty Nine)
Delivery : Goods delivered by sea freight are considered CIF Aqaba port in liner owned
containers (according to Incoterms 2000 edition).
Goods delivered by road transport are considered CIF Jordan border.
Delivery time : For Equipment imported from Europe/USA: Approx. 14‐16 working weeks ex works
based on receipt of technically clarified order and down payment
‐ Transit Time: 4 weeks
‐ Clearing from Customer to site: approx 3 weeks
In case import licenses or other documents are required in the importing country, as
well as shop and/or installation drawings are to be approved by yourselves and/or
surveyors, the delivery time starts from the last of the date on which we receive your
confirmation that these documents have been obtained or on which the drawings,
duly approved, are in our possession again, if that date is subsequent to the date we
receive your order.
Installation time : Approx. 12‐14 weeks from date the site deemed ready for installation.
Installation works : The installation works of the specified equipment and materials in this quotation are
included limited to our scope of supply.
Start up & : 2‐3 weeks.
Commissioning
Payment : 30% down payment with order after the agreement has been signed and upon receipt of
simple commercial invoice.
30% after shipment and against agreed shipping documents. Partial shipments and
transshipments should be allowed
30% after Completion of the installation and after the installation Completion Certificate
has been signed by Purchaser and Supplier
10% payable three (3) month from Completion Certificate date
Please note that the Certificates will be prepared and presented by ACS in due time.
Sama Jordan shall inspect the plant together with one of our specialists within two (2)
weeks. Any uncompleted issue will be added to the Certificate in a so called Pending List.
Warranty will become active after the pending list is completed.
In case goods cannot be shipped due to “Force Majeure” or circumstances beyond our
control, payment will be effected against presentation of warehouse receipt at port of
shipment evidencing that goods are stored in the name and/or risk and account of the
employer in a suitable warehouse. Such documents shall replace the Bill of Lading and/or
Forwarders Certificate of receipt (F.C.R.).

Systems description
One Central refrigeration system operates at ‐0.5°C for ice water, process & ac Generation & another
system operating at ‐7ºC for cold store, Labneh & debag stores & Blast Chiller:
Three (3) SABROE screw compressor packages type SAB 233S operating at ‐0.5°C evaporating
temperature & +40ºC condensing temperature with one compressor operating with VFD and two
compressors operating at standard speed with a net total refrigeration capacity up to 4 323 kW are chosen
to serve the required load from ice water, process & ac.
One (1) SABROE screw compressor package type SAB 151E operating at ‐7°C evaporating temperature &
+40ºC condensing temperature with a net total refrigeration capacity up to 630 kW is chosen to serve the
required load from cold store, Labneh & debag stores & Blast Chiller.
The condensation of the hot gasses will take place in two (2) evaporative condensers
One (1) High‐pressure liquid receiver (Thermosyphon vessel) operating at +40°C for both systems.
One (1) R717 separator shall be supplied including steel base frame, operating at ‐7°C temperature. The
separator vessel will be supplied inclusive Ammonia pumps for cold store, Labneh & debag stores and
blast chiller. This shall be installed in the plant room adjacent to the compressors.
Two (2) Ammonia pumps (one operating & one stand by) will be supplied to pump Ammonia to Blast
Chiller, cold store and Labneh & debag store as detailed in our scope of supply.
One (1) R717 separator shall be supplied with steel base frame, which will be operating at ‐0.5°C
temperature. The separator vessel will be designed with gravity feed circulation system for the chilled
water system. The separator will be installed in plant room next to the compressors.
One (1) Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) will be supplied with a capacity of 4500 kW, which will be utilized to
generate cold water at +2 °C for process, IW & ac loads.
One (1) Buffer tank (for processing system) is included in our scope.
Four (4) primary circulating water circulation pumps (three operating & one stand by) each of 214.7 m3/hr
for pw system
Four (4) secondary circulating water circulation pumps (three operating & one stand by) each of 214.7
m3/hr for pw system
To ensure a constant water return temperature to the chilled water system, a mixing station will be
supplied to keep the water return temperature at +8ºC
Valves, Controls, fittings, etc. for chilled water lines inside machine room as per the agreed scope of work.
Three (3) evaporators for Blast Chiller fed with Ammonia at ‐7°C with special coil, designed using water
defrost and fans with 125 Pa external static pressure
Five (5) evaporators for Cold Store fed with Ammonia at ‐7°C designed using hot gas defrost
One (1) evaporator for Labneh Store fed with Ammonia at ‐7°C designed using hot gas defrost
One (1) evaporator for Labneh debag Store fed with Ammonia at ‐7°C designed using hot gas defrost
Ammonia evaporators will be single discharge type; the material of construction will include tubes of
stainless steel and fins of aluminum and casing will be of stainless steel 304.
Valves, Controls, fittings, etc. for ammonia pipes are included in our scope.
One (1) Air Handling unit with a capacity of 100 kW (100% fresh air) for filling room.
One (1) Air Handling unit with a capacity of 340 kW (10% fresh air) with supply air sock system and return
ducts for processing area
Four (4) Air coolers each with a capacity of 95 kW (Filling area – 1.034). The air‐coolers will be single
discharge type; the material of construction will be as: the tube of stainless steel and fins of aluminum and
casing will be of stainless steel 304. Fans will be of 130 Pa external static pressure suitable to connect with
air sock system

The Refrigeration plant will be designed to be fully automatic. The capacities of the compressors shall be
regulated automatically as per required load to maintain a highly efficient system operation and
consequently save power. The refrigeration system is designed in such a way that it will be controlled by
the central PLC (monitoring and control of different parameters).
The system will be supplied with SCADA system (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition).

XII. Fresh air AHU ‐ Filling Area:
Our scope of supply includes supply and installation of one (1) AHU, double skin modular type, the outer skin
shall be 0.4 mm pre‐painted and inner skin shall be of 0.4 mm plain galvanized sheets. The panel shall be 25
mm thick with 45 kg/m³ density injected polyurethane foam. Each AHU shall have the following sections:
· Filter section shall house the following filters:
· Rigid Bag filters F7.
· Hepa Filter H‐13 grade.
· Cooling coil section in steel execution; the fins shall be made of aluminum. The coil shall be provided with
galvanized drain pan.
· The supply air fan shall be centrifugal backward curved type with IP‐55 TEFC fan motor 11.0 kW & drive
set.

XIV. Textile ducting for Process area:
For the filling & processing area, we will supply the required textile ducting with all required S.S suspension/
fittings. Detail design will be submitted later.

XV. One (1) electric control and starter panel for ammonia pumps, water pumps, condensers and coolers:
We shall assume the availability of a network tension of 400 Volts between the phases with neutral wire and a
frequency of 50 cycles.
The control panel will be complete with:
· A dust and drip proof casing (execution IP 44), complete with doors and lacquered finish;
· Hand operated main switch;
· A main voltmeter with voltmeter selector switch;
· Voltage protection
· Automatic star‐delta starters for the electric motors over 7,5 kW;
· Automatic direct‐on‐line starters for the remaining electric motors;
· Thermal overload relays for all the electric motors;
· MCB’s for the motors and controlling current groups;
· Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) complete with display
Implemented in the PLC:
· The automatic capacity control;
· Automatic operation system of the coolers;
· Controlling motor current;

XVI. SCADA system (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition):
Package existing necessary software (run‐time key) including One (1) PC’s and printers (to be installed in the
control room)

XVIII. Valves & Controls
We will include all necessary Refrigerant/ water valves and controls for a proper operation, maintenance and
safety of the plant.
The included valves are only for equipment supplied by Ammonia Cooling System. Processing equipment
valves are not included

Ammonia valves: Danfoss or similar
Ammonia controls: Danfoss, Hansen or Similar
Water valves & controls: Nibco, Econosto, Danfoss or similar
XIX. Refrigerant and Oil
Included in our scope of the supply of:
· First charge of ammonia;
· First charge of mineral compressors oil.
XX. Pipes and vessel insulation
The interconnecting ammonia, between the various parts of the plant to be supplied by ACS and specified in
this quotation, made from ASTM 106 seamless (for ammonia piping) and water
Our scope includes the supply and installation of pipes and fittings that connect equipment supplied by
ACS only.
We include the supply and installation of a main SS304 water distribution header from the machine room
through the service corridor to utility processes.
The supply and installation of pipes (with all related fittings and insulation) from above main header to
processing lines are excluded from our scope.
All cold pipes and vessels supplied and installed by ACS will be insulated with injected polyurethane
insulation, which will be in‐situ foamed. Insulation density will be not less than 35 kg/m3.The insulation will
be injected in between the pipe surface and aluminium sheet cladding. Small diameter pipes will be
insulated with thermo‐break or similar.
All cladding aluminum sheeting will be properly rolled, fitted and sealed at the joints. In addition, all
elbows, T’s and fittings will be properly curved to ensure proper finish. In‐situ foaming holes will be closed
with plastic plugs and joints sealed with water resistant silicon sealant.

XXI. Cabling and wiring
Our scope includes the supply and installation of required cables and related accessories that connect
control panels supplied by ACS with our equipment inside machine room and to condensers, Evaporators,
pumps (supplied and installed by ACS).
The supply and installation of cables from machine room to processing lines are excluded from our scope
The supply includes all necessary cable‐ducts and auxiliary materials such as piping, plugs, sockets, cable‐trays,
junction boxes etc inside machine room and for ACS equipment only.
XXII. Ammonia Detection for the machine room
One (1) ammonia detection system inclusive 3 pre‐calibrated sensors and suitable for ammonia.
In case of ammonia leakage there is a alarm in both the machine/control room and the operator room. The
ammonia detection system will be incorporated in the control panel and can be used for machine room
ventilation. (Two ventilation fans for machine room are included in our scope)
XXIII. Engineering, drawings and manuals (in duplicate)
Supply is inclusive detailed engineering as follows:
· Room plan view and piping layout.
· P&I diagram inclusive insulation & pipe diameters (refrigerant flow diagram).
· Condensate drainage (with typical details).
· Plant room civil requirements.
· Plant room utilities requirements.
· Plant room equipment and piping.
· Compressor package installation details.
· Evaporative condenser installation details.
· Air cooler support details.
· Valve station arrangement.
· Electrical control panel, power and control wiring.

XXIV. Testing and commissioning.
Pipe work Testing:
· All piping supplied and installed by Ammonia Cooling Systems shall be leak tested before the application
of any insulation.
· Test pressure will be maintained for 24 hours.
· The gas used for the pressure test will be an approved dry inert gas.
· Detect for leaks with a film of soapy water on all joints.
· After pressure tests, the system pipe work will be evacuated and charged with the correct quality and
quantity of refrigerant and oil.
XXV. Training:
During installation & commissioning your related engineers / technicians will be provided the training for
operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of supplied equipment

E X C L U S I O N S
The items or services listed below have been excluded from the scope of this quotation:
· All civil works such as cutting away, making good, preparation of foundation, etc.;
· All insulation panels, doors, under pressure valves, floor heating or ventilation;
· False ceiling for blast chiller.
· All shelving and racking system
· Foundation or Steel structure for condenser;
· Lifting of equipment into final positions
· Removal and carting away of discarded materials;
· All grounds for attachment of hangers and supports
· Man‐lock Alarms.
· Primary steel support for hanging coolers and pipes (lateral and vertical loads)
· Thermal Storage System (ice bank)
· Condenser water supply, drainage and treatment system;
