The hobby is an activity or occupation that is done purely for pleasure during free time, which removes
stress and dullness.

I have been exercising for more than three years, in which some periods of time I have stopped doing it
due to other occupations or because I cannot do it.

Normally I do my hobby in a gym, but around my forties I set up a small gym at home in which I train
and do almost 100% of the exercises I did in the gym.

I like doing this hobby because it makes me feel healthier, look better, it relieves stress and I like the
feeling that exercise produces.
