S.2:
The general duty on employers to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable
(SFARP), the health, safety and welfare at work of their employees.

S.3:

S.7:
The duty for employees to take reasonable care for the safety of themselves
and others who might be affected by their acts or omissions and to cooperate
with their employers on safety matters.

S.8:
The duty on any person not to interfere with anything provided in the interests
of safety.

S.9:
Prohibits employers from charging employees for anything that they are
required to supply them in order to comply with the law.

S.25:
Inspectors may seize, render harmless or destroy any thing that they believe is
a cause of imminent danger or serious personal injury.

S.36:
Where any person commits an offence due to the fault of another person, that
other person will be guilty of the offence and may be charged whether or not
proceedings are taken against the first-mentioned person.

S.37:
If it is proved that a body corporate committed an offence due to the neglect of
a director, manager or similar officer, he as well as the body corporate will be
guilty of the offence and may be proceeded against accordingly.
