ARRESTS IN CLARK FORK SCHOOL BUS INCIDENT

On Friday evening, September 11th, at about 10:00 p.m., the Bonner County Sheriff’s
Office received a report of a "projectile" breaking out two windows of an occupied
Plummer-Worley Joint School District school bus after it left the Clark Fork football
game.

During the course of the investigation and subsequent interviews, Detectives


received full confessions from several juveniles, who admitted to throwing rocks at
the bus. At that time, felony charges were pending.

On Tuesday, September 22, a Municipal Court Judge found probable cause to issue
felony arrest warrants for three of the alleged suspects and a summons to appear in
court for a fourth suspect.

All four juveniles live in Hope, Idaho and attend Clark Fork Jr./Sr. High School. One of
the 17-year-old’s was arrested and charged with one count of Aggravated Assault.
Another 17 year old and a 14 year old was arrested and charged with Aiding and
Abetting Aggravated Assault. The other 14 year old was issued a summons and
complaint to appear in court, also for Aiding and Abetting Aggravated Assault.

Due to the age of the juveniles involved, no names, photographs or video can be
released.
