1. What aspects of good customer service were practiced in the preparation/dispensing of


drugs?

The pharmacists involved in the dispensing of drugs maintained good personal hygiene and
wearing a uniform or clean clothes. They ensure that the surroundings are neat and dust free.
Maintaining a clean environment requires daily and proper cleaning and that also shown in the
video. The pharmacists regularly checked the quantities of the products and its expiration date.
The good atmosphere between the pharmacists and customers were observed. Helping the
customers to get what they need and dispense them the right drugs.

2. How is self-accountability attitude reflected in the video?

Self-accountability attitude was shown. In the video, when the pharmacist drop the medicine,
the manager told her in a calm manner to just change it or just pay for it. It shows how the manager
settle problems like that. The manager knows her role. You need to understand your
responsibilities to be accountable. So, ask your manager to explain them clearly. Next one is
reflection, accountability creates opportunities to learn from your behaviors. When the pharmacist
drop the medicine, she was honest with it and made sure to get feedback from the manager.

3. Explain the principles of interpersonal communication among the employees.

The employees showed good attitude towards each other. They were very friendly and social
with one another which is a good model for others and of course for the customers. Good
connection with other employees are good. To help avoid misunderstandings, and therefore
communicate more effectively, it is important that the context of the communication is understood
by all. We can communicate the same thing to different individual but each employee may have a
different understanding or interpretation of the message. At any point in communication any
misunderstanding, will have an effect in the environment and atmosphere.
