What is the intro like?

It starts with the trumpet and the metals doing a melodic tutti line then the banjo enters with the
rhythm to catch the A of the piece, but before the main theme starts the Big Band makes a break
with the same melodic line played by the trumpet on the begining, but now played by the clarinet.

Who has the melody? Always? Any special effects used?

The Clarinet, yes. The others are orchestra tuttis or solos.

Order of solos:
Trumpet, bone.

Is there any trading of solos? If so, what instruments are trading?

No.

What is the ending like? (Does it use a Coda?)

It finish with a little coda with the tutti of the big band doing a intense rhythmic break different from
the other breaks.
