Eligibility Criteria for Executive Trainee (BIS)

Post Essential Qualification Maximum Age Limit

Executive Trainee Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / 28 years as on 31.03.2020
(BIS) Information Technology with minimum 65% marks.
Following relaxations with regard to minimum essential qualifications and maximum age limit will be provided to
candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PH category only against the posts reserved for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PH
category candidates:
Essential Educational Qualifications- Relaxed minimum percentage of marks in essential qualification in respect of SC,
ST and PH category candidates would be 60% in place of 65% marks.
Maximum Age Limit – 28 Years as on 31.03.2020 (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years
for OBC (NCL) candidates, 05 years for PH-General, 08 years for PH-OBC (NCL) and 10 years for PH-SC/ST candidates.

The Selected candidates for the post of Executive Trainee in E-2 Grade will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-
180,000/-at the Basic Pay of Rs. 60,000/-. On successful completion of one year Probation-cum-training period, the selected
candidates will be placed in E-2 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-180,000/-.
