NOTE: The advance payment must be paid no later than 16 days after the contract, otherwise, FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019, will be able to

SCHEDULE The hours of the FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019 Fair will be from Friday 20 to Monday 23 September 2019, from
10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. During this time, at least one representative of the exhibitor must remain in each module to attend and give
information to the visitors. During the exhibition days, no person may remain more than half an hour after the closing.
The introduction of food and drinks will not be allowed, otherwise it will be sanctioned according to the provisions of the Convention
Center.
It will not be possible to place-assemble work tables outside the stand, for this it must be requested with prior authorization and has
extra cost.
Nailing, painting, drilling, or drilling the walls, aluminum profiles or carpets, or using any type of adhesive that damages the
installations.
Distribute, exhibit, give or distribute any product, advertising, material or propaganda outside of its stand.
Use harmful products or work indoors (such as carpentry, blacksmithing, use of saws, compressors, air guns, etc.) without properly

Exhibitors who enter the exhibition area: cell phones, audio equipment, video, laptops (laptop, etc.) or any similar portable equipment
must at all times avoid leaving it in places that are easily accessible to people outside their booth (this in order to avoid LOSS of
them), since for being ARTICLES OF PERSONAL USE, we will not be responsible for theft or lost of them.
Exhibitors may enter their materials, equipment and samples, exclusively on September 19, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The decoration or assembly must be completed no later than 22:00 hrs. of the day September 18, 2019.
GAFETES
The exhibitors will receive 2 badges per stand to distribute them among their staff that will attend the module, which must be carried at
all times in the exhibition.
The exhibitor must inform FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019 in writing of the names of said persons, no later than September 15,
2019.
FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019 will provide the exhibitor with _6x6__m2 of space in the stand (s) No. (s) ___1_
2. The exhibitor will pay the amount of $ _ 7,200 Dollars__ for the stand (s) hired.
3. FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019 reserves the right to adopt, verbally or in writing, any additional rules or regulations, change
the exhibition or take any further action if deemed necessary for the best exposure.
If for any reason FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019, determines that the place or date of the event must be modified, it will not
make any refund to the exhibitor, but it will be assigned based on the original space, a similar space that is considered appropriate.
The exhibitor agrees to use said space, under the terms of this agreement. FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019 will not be obligated
financially or in any other way in the event that the exhibition is postponed or moved.
4. In the event that the exhibition is canceled due to causes of force majeure FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019 will reimburse the
exhibitor only the amount that he / she has paid on the date prior to the cancellation of the event. In no case will the refund exceed the
amount paid by the exhibitor.
5. The exhibitor can not, under any circumstance, sublet the contracted space.
6.FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019. Reserves the right to make changes in the decoration of the stand according to the
guidelines set forth in this regulation, as is consistent with the general characteristics of the exhibition.
7. The exhibitor will cover the costs arising from damage to the premises and facilities.
8.The equipment required for the exhibition of products will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be registered at the
entrance of the premises. The exhibitor will be responsible for the storage of their material and equipment. FOOD TECH SUMMIT &
EXPO 2019 is not responsible for the loss or damage caused to the products or materials of the exhibitor; In the event that the
exhibitor wishes to insure his products against loss, he must personally take out insurance.
9. All products, samples and merchandise must be removed from the premises no later than 8:00 p.m. of the day August 22,
2011.FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019 will not be responsible for any object that remains in the room after that time.
10. In the event that the exhibitor wishes to cancel his stand, he must notify FOOD TECH SUMMIT & EXPO 2019, in writing before
June 15, and 50% of the payment he has made will be reimbursed as an advance payment. After that date, no amount will be
refunded.
11. This contract contains the agreements established between both parties and can not be modified or canceled, except in writing
and signed by the interested party.
12.It is the obligation of the exhibitors and the personnel participating in the exhibition to read and accept this regulation
