Azure Cloud - 3D VDI Machine

Azure published VDI machines can be connected thru Windows Desktop Client application.

For the Client Installations follow the steps as explained in Section-1.

(One Time activity and does not required any Administrator rights)

1) Windows Desktop Client Installation:

Click on the Below link for windows Desktop client installation

click on the windows 64-Bit link for installation

Click on Run to proceed the setup

Click on Next

Accept the License Agreement and Click Next.

Select option – Install Just for You (<Username>)

Click Finish and wait for application Launch

For the First time user, Please Click on Subscribe and follow the User login steps.
You can see the List of Machines ONLY published / access are enabled for you.

Double Click on respective Machin Icon to open the VDI machine and login with your Petrofac login
details.

After login to the Machine please follow your respective application/project related information you have
from your Project Application Admins.
 2) Opening Remote Desktop Client & Refreshing

If installation of Client is already available, you can open the application from your Start Menu,

Can see only the Images for which access enabled for you.

If any new VDIs which are enabled access to you, But not visible, can do the Refresh/Update as below.

Click on Details.

Click on ‘Update Now’ to refresh.
