Working in a team 

After the acquisition of RGPL by Brookfield, I was assigned to a team that oversaw the entire
transition processes, followed by modification of the SOPs to create a lean system. I represented the
Contracts department. During this phase, I coordinated with all cross-discipline teams across the
organization to streamline the process and make it coherent with SOPs and policies of the new
organization.
During UAT for contracts migration, we had witnessed testing of every module in ERP along with IT
team. In this phase I reported to SCM teams of both organization to understand the differences and
similarities in both system. There was a specific EXIM module in SAP, which was complex in old
sytem, but seemed redundant for the new organization.
