Subject: Vidyarti Vigyan Manthan 2020-21: India’s Largest Science Talent Search
for New India using Digital Devices.

Dear Parents/Students,

I write with reference to a circular of Council for the Indian School Certificate
Examination, New Delhi, dated August 25, 2020, regarding a National level talent
search examination for children from classes VI to XI named, ‘Vidyarthi Vigyan
Manthan’ being organized by Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organization under the
Department of Science & Technology, Government of India in association with the
National Council of Educational Research & Training, Ministry of Human Resoruce
Development and Vijnana Bharati (a non-profit organization).

It is pertinent to mention that Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan is a unique digital application

based talent search examination that is conducted online at the national level. The
registered students will be allowed to take the exam from his/her home through
his/her own device, namely, a smart phone (mobile), laptop, desktop (school lab) or
tablet. The mode of registration will be available only through online mode on
