NOTICE- Open Book Online Exam By VVM 05.09.2022
Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) is an initiative of Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA), in collaboration with
Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organization under the Department of Science and Technology,
Government of India and NCERT, an institution under the Ministry of Education.
VVM is a national program for popularizing science among school students of standard VI to XI,
conceptualised to identify bright minds with a scientific aptitude from the student community.
The examination will be conducted separately for Junior Group (class VI to VIII) and for Senior
Group (class IX to XI).
Aims & Objectives of the Program:
1. It is one of the India's largest science talent search examination for new India using digital devices.
2. To create interest among students in pure science.
3. To educate school children about India’s contributions, from traditional to modern, to the world of
science and technology.
4. To provide hands-on training to students through workshops and other events.
5. To provide mentors for preparing students to carry forward their education in the field of science.
6. To conduct competitive tests to identify students who have a scientific bent of mind.
7. To identify successful students at the State and National levels and felicitate them.
8. There are several phases for the exam: Objective type MCQ, Comprehensive writing, Presentation
and Group discussion, Role Play, Methods of Science.

Registration Opens on 15th July, 2022- Closes on 30th September 2022
Upload of VVM Study Material 16th August, 2022
Mock Tests 01st November, 2022 onwards
Date of Examination (Login any day) Sunday, 27th November, 2022 or Wednesday,

Time of Examination 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (90 minutes)
Students will be able to log in only
once.
Declaration of Result 20th December, 2022
One or Two-day State Camp 08th, 15th & 22nd January, 2023 (any one day)
Two-day National Camp 20th & 21st May, 2023

Fees :
Students shall register through school and pay a fee of Rs. 200/-(Rupees Two Hundred Only).
Last date to submit the fees is 12th September,2022 to the grade teacher.
NOTE
 This is an open book online exam which can be given from school or home.
 Exam can be given in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati,
Punjabi, Odia, Malayalam, Assamese languages.
