Speaker 1: So today we are conducting an interview based on the consumption behavior of exotic

foods and visit a local stores and supermarkets. So we have with us today, we are going
to ask her a few questions. So the first question would be, when did you buy, when did
you make your first purchase and in which store?

Speaker 2: Hi. I started using exotic food like almost two years back. And it was from mainly from
Spencer that they started. Yep.

Speaker 1: Okay. So audio first time purchase, order, repeat customers. So it was only first time or
they have repeatedly purchased?

Speaker 2: No, I do foresee is like maybe at the end of the three months, depending on availability
and everything. And then so yeah, I do people, unfortunately.

Speaker 1: Okay. So how frequently do you buy the products?

Speaker 2: I mean maybe at like maybe, you know, two months, maybe in a gap of two months,
two months like that. So not something with her by like, you know, not every month,
but like maybe one to three months or once in two months.

Speaker 1: Okay. So who all in your family consume the product?

Speaker 2: So almost everybody in my family, my husband and my child is, and it's been like, I
mean, even myself and I mainly buy it for my kids so that she can get it, you know, she
can develop different teeth basically. Yeah.

Speaker 1: So why do you purchase exotic vegetables and fruits?

Speaker 2: Firstly, because of the nutritional content and secondly, yeah, because yeah, I just
wanted to make, I just want my kid to have a diverse, like in food which she enjoys, so
yeah. That's why we buy nutrition.

Speaker 1: Okay. So how do you feel about exotic vegetables and foods?

Speaker 2: I really like them and even like, I like to experiment with a lot of, you know, cuisines and
I like cooking, so I kind of get them, get the fruits and vegetables and I kind of
experiment with different kinds of dishes. So I feel really good about, I liked them. I'm
very honest. And so does my family.

Speaker 1: So do you find them attractive?

Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, there are few of them would actually make sure you're additional truly
nice. So yes, they are attractive to some extent.

Speaker 1: Okay. So do you feel exotic vegetables are still special,

Speaker 2: Special? I mean, yes. They have good nutrition that you, and I mean, as I stated before,
also just like, it also has some, you know, it kind of gives them the fruit kick and tasting
your food then per day. So that's yeah. That's

Speaker 1: So do you like the taste?

Speaker 2: Yes, I do. I do that. They do like the taste of the food.

Speaker 1: Do you think they're heavy on nutritious?

Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. I've mentioned that before they are nutritious.

Speaker 1: Okay. So name some exotic fruits. Okay.

Speaker 2: Like I buy Healey's then avocados, driving food, things like that.

Speaker 1: And can you name some exotic vegetables?

Speaker 2: Like like as far as us, then we have broccoli's cherry tomatoes. [inaudible] Things like
that next cabbage.

Speaker 1: Okay. So when did you hear exotic vegetables soups for the first time?

Speaker 2: I, I knew it. I knew about exotic fruits and vegetables from a very young age and I really
like [inaudible].

Speaker 1: And did you, did you get it from [inaudible] restaurant on the 14th?

Speaker 2: Like from restaurants that are from restaurants and then I did my own research online.
Yeah.

Speaker 1: So did you actively search about the exotic vegetables and fruits?

Speaker 2: Yeah, I used to make, because I first had them in restaurants and I really liked the taste
and the texture of them, of the fruits and vegetables. And so I started researching about
it and yeah, I think it was mainly like online content and more of restaurants.

Speaker 1: Okay. So, so you said you do your research. So when do you mostly do your research in
a store or a bar talking process, person media, or maybe offline?

Speaker 2: Oh, I like going to stores and looking for them. I like I kind of, you get you, you know,
you can go to fresh markets as well to see if you're like, you know, you might get there
as, but, and yeah, that like offline. That's how I do an online. I read a lot about them.

Speaker 1: Okay. So do you read about the vegetable labels, often another description of the
vegetables at night?
Speaker 2: Yes I do. The home buying, of course I go through, what's written on there on the boxes
once you're done on the, on the cover of it, because some you get in box, some, you get
just open to the ones which have boxes. They kind of have a little door. So I do go
through that.

Speaker 1: Okay. So what do you read on the labels? Whatever,

Speaker 2: Aye, what type of food? The vegetables they are, where are these from? And a
nutritional value, things like that. And of course the DHS as well.

Speaker 1: Okay, sure. Do discounts appeal to you?

Speaker 2: No. I think when it comes to things like digital, for me, quality is more important than
the stone because I, I have had bad experiences before with them. So that's why I
always make sure that they just see the condition of the food or the vegetables first.
And then

Speaker 1: Do you buy more if you find that discounting price?

Speaker 2: If I find them in discounted price and in good condition, then why not?

Speaker 1: Do you purchase these products?

Speaker 2: I either I go and shop by myself or I go with my husband and my kid.

Speaker 1: Are you the primary buyer or you switched roles in the family?

Speaker 2: No. Like when it comes to things like this, I, I look into it. Yeah.

Speaker 1: Are you price conscious and guarding this purchase?

Speaker 2: Have things that like, as I have mentioned before as well, that I I purchase them maybe
once in two months or one to three months. So when I go choose, I, I like I find off focus
more on the quality of the product. Yeah.

Speaker 1: What do you purchase instead of this products? In case stone?

Speaker 2: It's like, if I only get fruits and vegetables, I just go for the normal ones, the daily ones,
which we use and which we eat. And I mean, since it's not something that I eat every
day, it doesn't really, it doesn't really affect me that much. So I just wait for it to come
and like come and shop. Yeah.

Speaker 1: So are you price conscious regarding this purchase?

Speaker 2: I mean, that's what I told before that I am more inclined to, as a policy office. So when I,
because it's not like they are cheap, they are not cheap. They are a bit forced. I have it
on the higher side. So I do keep that in mind, but I focus more on the quality of the
product,

Speaker 1: The wrong marks. Did you consider before making a decision to shift in this particular
store?

Speaker 2: I haven't been like, yeah, I buy some sensors. I've also bought a few from the Bazaar, but
I, I mean, my experience with sensors was much better than that. And even like,
sometimes I do try buying online, but I, I like going to the store and seeing them for
myself and then buying it.

Speaker 1: Which attribute or factor led you to make this decision? Like price, delivery, time or
quality?

Speaker 2: The quality, the quality, because I've seen that. I mean, there, isn't a huge difference in
place in the soup, like between the two places, but I've seen, there's a quality
difference. So for me, like I said, that Spencer's they offer me good quality food. So like,
it seems that yeah, the amount of money I'm spending on it is what it's not going into
waste.

Speaker 1: So from which store do you purchase the exotic vegetables and fruits

Speaker 2: From Spencer's.

Speaker 1: Why do you purchase from that particular store?

Speaker 2: As I've mentioned before, because they also need good quality food and good price.
Yeah.

Speaker 1: Where do you purchase the place you mentioned in case?

Speaker 2: In case shock other than, yeah, I do look for it online. I think I even, maybe I just go to
the other, other, like maybe good land, fresh, or like the bizarre, so yeah, just go. I check
if I like the night, but I don't feel like I look into it online.

Speaker 1: So do you repeat purchase from this particular Spencer's store or do you switch among
stores?

Speaker 2: No Spencer's is more like my, like, I mean, I do my daily grocery, like monthly groceries
and all some expenses. So that's a constant one.

Speaker 1: So how was your experience after purchasing?

Speaker 2: My experience was good. And that's why I'm first though.

Speaker 1: Do you have any bad expedience for cheese?

Speaker 2: Yes, I did. I did. I didn't have a bad experience and it was like, it wasn't, as I've
mentioned that I didn't get before this stuff, so yeah, I guess I didn't have bad
experiences.

Speaker 1: So are you satisfied with the product that you purchase?

Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm satisfied him.

Speaker 1: Okay. Thank you for talking to us.
