What types and how does coping mechanisms influence and make a person more susceptible to more severe forms of
mental health issues?

Statement Of the Problem:

This study aims to tackle the profound effects of certain coping mechanisms and its impact on mental health.
1. What circumstances would lead a person to develop harmful coping behaviors?
2. In what way can media play a focal point in in fluencing harmful coping behavior?
3. How can a person's coping mechanism lead to a serious mental illness?

Objective of the Study

To identify which unhealthy coping behaviors are more likely to lead to more serious mental illness.
