Nutrition is an essential part of achieving wellness, it fuels the body to


function efficiently.
The nutrients that we absorb from food produces energy, prevent diseases, and improves brain
functionality. It provides us the energy we need to carry out tasks and have the strength to face the
day's challenges. It keeps the body in healthy weight accompanied by exercising to prevent obesity
and chronic diseases. Some nutrients produce more serotonin to improve mood and regulate sleep
to keep our mind healthy. Good nutrition is key to develop and maintain a lifestyle that promotes
well-being and wellness.

Stress management isn't about eliminating stress but how you cope up with it. If we don't handle
our stress it will affect our ability to think clearly and function effectively. It also affects our sleep,
productivity, appetite, and weight, and can cause depression and anxiety. Stress management
helps improve our health, mood, and personal relationships with our family and friends. Managing
our stress helps find the balance between our work and personal life, to perform daily duties
efficiently. When we are in control we feel more confident to make decisions and adapt healthy
habits to change our lifestyle.
