Symptoms: Diffuse pain over the shoulder

region, Jess in dayrime and more severe in

night, pain increased during lifting or

backward rotatiou ofthe arm, movement

QuChi ( L l l l ) ,WaiGuan ( T E S ) .

2. Collateral and muscles mal-nourished

type

Symptoms: Shouldcr pain lasting for a long

time, atrophy ofthe musclcs in shoulder, the

arms can be neither lifted to the head nor

rotated backward to the back, soreness and

weakness, afraid of local coldncss and pain

rclicved with heat.

Points to be taken:

1 ) JianYu (LI 1 5 ) , TianZong ( S I 1 1 ) , DaSbu (

BLII), QuChi(LIII).

2) JianJing (GB2 I ) , JianZhen ( S l 9 ) , WaiGua
