1 Clear display of device status
The association and connection status of a device appear in text form for each entry.

2 Upgrade firmware notification

When a newer firmware version of a device is available on the computer, Upgrade firmware is marked with
. If this is the latest firmware version, the corresponding image will be pre-selected.
When a newer firmware version of an accessory is available for download, Download firmware update
appears for you to open the respective download area in your browser.

3 Better Wi-Fi security

There are stricter password requirements when setting up a device as a Wi-Fi network. The password
strength is indicated by differently colored bars under the Wi-Fi password box.
It is only possible to connect to an existing Wi-Fi network with the following security modes: Open, WPA-
TKIP, WPA-AES, WPA2-TKIP, and WPA2-AES (recommended). A Wi-Fi network with a security mode
other than the recommended WPA2-AES is marked with a warning sign.

4 Wi-Fi password autofill

When you create a Wi-Fi password for a device set up as a network, the Wi-Fi password is remembered for
the current session. When you reset the Wi-Fi configuration of that device, the Wi-Fi password will be filled in
automatically if it is created in the same session.

5 Improved connectivity
