Tokyo (Japan), Sydney (Australia), Singapore, London (United Kingdom), Palo Alto, California (USA), Seoul
(Korea), and Phnom Penh (Cambodia).
• We are using GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network), connection to your office is using ONT (Optical
Network Terminal) with a Broadband Router function including Wi-Fi or Ethernet RJ45 that can be connected
to Router/Switch (optional)
• Customer support 7 x 24 x 365
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) 99.8%
• Access to MRTG to monitor traffic of bandwidth usage

Terms and Conditions

• All prices above are subject to 10% VAT
• Minimum contract period 12months and not allowed to downgrade the service during the first contract (12
months) in progress
• ONT Hardware will leased to the customer during contract period
• Installation process takes 3-7 working days for the covered area (on-net)
