celebrate my Birthday. Had dinner first and then went to Zanies. It was so
convenient because since it is so cold it was nice to park the care once and be
able to go to dinning and entertainment in one location. Everyone enjoyed their
meal and stated they would come back again. Restaurant bought me a birthday cake.
Unfortunately it was chocolate and I am allergic so they bought me another dessert.
Very nice touch. Excellent service in getting our order and food. A little slow on
taking payment as we needed to get to the show. Other than that an excellent
experience. Would recommend to my friends.,2019-01-19

6 at 7:15- for my husbands 50th...webhad the zanies dinner and breakfast package-
as did another couple with us and the third couple with us had no package. When we
arrived we were informed they were sorry but the Valentine menu was all that was
available to us either ala cart or the fixed....well when I chose online our
package it clearly stated the Valentine menu was for the Valentine dinner only. So
in ourvpackage we get a 25 dollar food credit each towards dinner... Well without
the regular menu being available we wete forced to spend 49.99 each for this
Valentine menu..the ala cart was overpriced as well and came out the same or
more...the choices were not good enough...I do not like blue cheese for salad
dressing nor lobster for soup...and the waitress would not let us substitute
anything....it is not okay and it was quite bait and switch. We wound up paying
alot more money then we should have as did our friends. The food. I could eat was
good I would not recommend. Not to mention our very unpleasant room 3217 which was
old musty moldy and the loft bed area was 100 degrees compared to the lower room
which was 60..that side of hotel should be condemned. It was a total disaster for
my husbands 50thband our 18th wedding anniversary itvwas not a Valentine
celebration ot was the 16th and that iscafter Valentines there should not have been
forced menu...total b.s....brunch on Sunday was a fkng nightmare as well in
Jambalya...no service atvall waited tonget seated forever and no waitress no coffee
no water ...very disgusted with our entire experience.,2019-02-17
