departments/functions?

3. On What parameters employee is judged while being analysed for performance


management?

4. How are good & bad performers are dealt with? What are bonuses & incentives given
to good performers?

5. Are the employees given feedback on their performance? If no, do you feel it should
be there? If yes, how is it given?

6. Are you satisfied with the current PMS? On a scale of 1-5 where 1 is highly
dissatisfied & 5 is highly satisfied, where will you rate it.
