One of the most common examples today is that of sportswomen who play soccer,
in which on many occasions we show that they do not have the same conditions as
men. They have lower salaries and the conditions are not the same.
In the same way, there are more girls in school and less is forced into early
marriage; there are more women with positions in parliaments and in leadership
positions; In addition, laws are being reformed to promote gender equality.
Some examples of these types of actions are measures for workers to balance
work and family responsibilities, and the provision of incentives in the workplace to
provide child care.
Gender equality still has problems in the 21st century based on the fact that
income equality is not taken into account in the economic sectors in the market,
there is a constant struggle to mitigate the impact on the quality of life of women
who have lower income conditions.
With the application of this objective we will be able to establish that men and
women have the same opportunities to ensure the triumph of successful people
regardless of gender. This entire process is becoming evident today with the
rethinking of the regulations and laws that protect more women.
