Instructions for candidates

1. Read the instructions available at the website, very carefully.

2. You are hereby allowed to appear for the Medical Officer (Medical) Direct Recruitment Examination-2019, subject to your

eligibility assessed before issue of appointment letter.

3. C heck the particulars in the admit card carefully. Error, if any, should be immediately reported to the email ID

momedical2019help@ruhsraj.org

4. Entry to the examination center is subject to production of this admit card and your photo ID proof (aadhaar card / driver's license /

voter's identity / passport / pan card) in original. You are required to carry with you this admit card, photo ID proof in original and one

spare photograph (identical to that you uploaded in the on-line application form) to the examination center. You will not be allowed to

appear for the examination in case you do not carry your admit card and a photo ID proof in original.

5. Being computer generated examination center allotment process, you will be permitted to appear for the examination only at the

center allotted to you. You will NOT be permitted to appear for the examination at any other examination center.

6. You are required to report at the examination center at the scheduled reporting time, mandatorily. The registration process takes time

and will involve your biometric verification, photo capture and other identification measures. You will not be permitted to enter the

examination center after the scheduled reporting time. You will not travel on the roof of trains, buses, etc. for reaching at the

examination center and will maintain all requisite discipline.

7. RUHS reserves all rights to verify your identity and genuineness by taking thumb impression and photograph or by any other means.

8. You will not be allowed to eat or smoke in the examination hall.

9. You will not be allowed to carry pen/pencil, any textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, calculators, slide rules, log tables,

wrist watches with facility of calculator, pager, mobile phone, electronic devices (blue tooth, earphones etc.), bags, books, food

packets or Ornaments or belongings or any other material inside the examination center. RUHS will not be responsible for any

loss/damage/theft of your belongings.

10. Improper conduct and use of UNFAIR MEANS will entail expulsion from the examination / cancellation of candidature and penal action

as per the Rules.

11. Your appearance in this examination is subject to condition that if any ineligibility is detected at any stage, your candidature is liable to

be cancelled.

12. Preserve your Admit C ard until completion of recruitment process.

13. This ADMIT C ARD is PROVISIONAL and can be cancelled at any time if you are found ineligible at any stage of scrutiny of the

application form and the required documents.

14. Screening test comprises of 100 Multiple C hoice Questions to be attempted in 120 minutes. There shall be no negative marking.

15. Question paper and answer key will be uploaded at ruhs website www.ruhsraj.org and

http://recruitment.ruhsraj.org.in/momedical by Sunday, 19-Jan-2020, 5:00 PM.

16. Grievances regarding question paper and answer key, if any, can be submitted to RUHS in hard copy by Monday, 20-Jan-2020,

5:00 PM in Room number 202, RUHS, Jaipur. Grievances submitted by email will not be entertained.
