Reporting to Head Of Business Support; I undertake the following roles and responsibilities with outstanding rating:
Ensure operations and credit management information reporting and integrity.
Identify and create relationships with potential clients with an aim of placing fixed deposits and borrowing with KWFT Doing assessment of business loans which exceeds ksh1, 000,000. Advising branches on the best market rates to use while negotiating for fixed deposits. Monitor all the fixed deposits placed by customers in our branches and generate a report which I send to all the branch managers for the purposes of talking to customers whose deposits are near maturity date. Generate deposit report on weekly basis and forward it to branch and Regional managers and also to the Operations Director. Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic and business plan for the operation function of KWFT. Formulate strategies for the implementation of the business plan and attainment of the business targets. Provide management with periodic operational reports as appropriate and any other information that may be deemed necessary to support decision making processes by both the senior management Team and the Board. Nurture an environment for enhanced productivity, effective working relationships, and acceptable discipline levels within the function. Ensure that operations function comply with the regulations and requirements as stipulated within the industry/sector including regulatory directives and legal requirements of Central Bank Of Kenya. Ensure mobile banking and M-PESA both Retail and Super Agency are functioning well, review and reconciliation of the same is done and in good time. Authorization of M-banking float and m-banking registrations sent from branches Manage the Customer service team and call centre team based in Head Office. Management and monitoring of the ATM channels to ensure all our ATMs are working properly. Reviewing through reports and reconciliation that procedures are followed to date by all the KWFT branches and Units. Give operational and technical support to the 23 KWFT branches.
