Thank you for your email, I’m really happy you thought of coming to me for advice on
this topic. This is my advice:
If you want to get healthier you should probably start by making some changes to
your diet. You could begin with little changes like eating a piece of fruit at least every
two days, and then keep making bigger ones as time passes until eventually you’ve
fully incorporated fruits and vegetables and removed all unhealthy foods.

And since in addition to getting healthier, you’re also concerned about getting fitter,
I’d recommend you try and join a gym. I think a good option for you would be one of
the “SmartFit” gyms that are in the city, they’re not too expensive, have great
equipments, special classes and a really kind staff. So I think that if you make the
changes I suggested to your eating habits and start going to the gym at least three
times a week you should be able to start seeing improvements in your health and
appearance pretty soon.
