1. Demonstrate appropriate language focus in reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in
a variety of texts. (C2,LO1).

This project is for evaluating the following learning outcomes: 1 and 2.

COURSEWORK OBJECTIVES:

By the end of the coursework, the students will be able to:

1. answer a one hour and thirty minutes quiz in order to demonstrate appropriate language
focus in reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in a variety of texts .

2. carry out an oral presentation using PowerPoint on a topic or an issue of their choice and
take active part in a Question & Answer session that follows.

COURSEWORK:
Task 1: Quiz - Individual (75%)

Answer a one hour and thirty minutes quiz in order to demonstrate appropriate language focus in
reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in a variety of texts .

Task 2: Oral Presentation – Individual (25%)


Prepare and carry out an oral presentation using PowerPoint on a topic or an issue of your choice
and take active part in a Question & Answer session.
You are given 20 minutes for the oral presentation and 10 minutes for the Q&A session.

Please submit the copy of the presentation slides before the presentation.

A GOOD ASSIGNMENT SHOULD SHOW:
