    ● Communications​: Convey information with consideration and ingenuity both orally and in
    writing. Facility for building positive relationships with others with helpfulness, fairness, and a
    nice, approachable demeanor.
    ● Teamwork​: Always aiming to think for the group and listening and instilling their ideas in mind
