UBER: A PROBLEM OR A SOLUTION?

Uber is a company that provides a transportation service around the world that has positioned itself
as one of the best applications in this branch. Uber consists of the user being charged for a shuttle
service through an application with internet access. In Colombia, this application has been
considered as an illegal service which made it have enough problems to be able to work when it
arrived in the country, there have been many controversies and even the application closed
temporarily. In a survey proposed by us, we wanted to ask which means of transport is most
preferred, where it was found that 63% of the encounters prefer the Uber service and the remaining
37%, prefer the taxi, that means that Uber excels for services and logistics internal and is better
than taxis, this tells us that there is a clear favoritism in opting for services that are easier to reach,
where they provide security and reasonable prices.
