ACLS (AHA ACLS) for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card. ACLS is an
advanced course that highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication.
The instructor-led course also focuses on systems of care and immediate
post-cardiac-arrest care. The course also covers airway management and related
pharmacology. Skills are taught in large in the course, along with group sessions, group
learning, testing stations, and presentation of case-based scenarios.
The ACLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals who
direct or participate in the management of cardiac emergencies
like cardiopulmonary arrest, like personnel in emergency
response, emergency medicine, intensive care, as well as
critical care units. The format of the course is as follows – The
initial provider course takes almost 14 to 16 hours to complete,
which includes skill practice and skill testing. We also provide
the Renewal Course that takes approximately five to six hours,
which also includes skills practice and skills testing. The
instructor-led course has skill tests conducted throughout.
