卡塔尔市场海格车辆保有量已达 4652 辆，是重大战略市场，为了保持优势，确保空调系统良好的表现，
持续提升客户满意度，苏州金龙海外客户服务部组织了卡塔尔夏季送清凉活动。
Qatar is a significant strategic market of HIGER, and the number of HIGER buses in Qatar has
reached 4652 units. In order to maintain the advantage, to ensure good performance of A/C system and
improve customers’ satisfaction, Overseas Customer Service Department of HIGER organized an activity
named ‘A cool summer, HIGER with you’ in the Qatar.
在活动开始之前，海外客户服务部就已经安排好所需的宣传横幅、宣传画册、以及空调系统维保配件
抵达卡塔尔现场，为本次活动的顺利开展打好了基础。活动开展过程中，现场服务工程师付聪、服务技师
邵宝前和邱维忠与当地经销商服务站团队，在做好防护的前提下，给客户提供空调操作培训、空调系统检
查与保养等服务。
Before the start of the activity, overseas customer service department has already arranged the
required banners, brochures, air-conditioning system maintenance spare parts to arrive in Qatar, laying a
good foundation for the smooth implementation of the activity. During the activity, field service engineer
Fu Cong, service technician Shao Baoqian, Qiu Weizhong, and team from local distributor’s service
station provided air-conditioning operation training, air-conditioning system inspection and maintenance
to our customers on the premise of good protection.
本次活动的开展，积累了宝贵的服务经验，同时让卡塔尔的海格客车的客户享受到服务的关怀。海格
服务团队在卡塔尔现场协助经销商非常顺利的开展了夏季送清凉的活动，靠精湛的服务能力获得了卡塔尔
经销商和终端客户的高度认可和赞扬。
The local HIEGR authorized service station has accumulated valuable service experience from this
event, while Qatar customers could also reap benefit of the care of service from HIGER. Higer service
team, who assisted our distributor on site in Qatar, perfectly carried out the summer cooling activity, with
excellent service ability which was highly recognized and praised by our distributor and our customers in
Qatar.
夏天空调系统的正常运行，意义重大。这次活动的及时展开，大大的提升了卡塔尔服务站对于空调系
统的检查和维修能力。培养了用户的对关键部件的使用习惯，并为后期的客户关爱活动持续开展积累了经

The normal operation of air conditioning systems in summer has great significance. Timely launch of
