Given my knowledge and experience of more than 15 years in similar IT field performing
similar job duties but not only limited to and through attainment of Post Graduate in
Computer applications, I strongly believe and I can’t stress enough to say, XXX’s duties
and responsibilities require knowledge of various tools and technologies of highly
specialized knowledge, and at least need minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer
science or Electronics & communication engineering degree, or a related field and
professional experience. MR.XXX academic qualifications and experience finds to be
suitable to this offered specialty occupation position.

He has been integral part of our team and working with peers/subordinates handling SAP
projects. “End Client” did not establish the criteria for this position, rather, it’s my
opinion, confirming that the high technical nature of MR.XXX’ s work duties and project
requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication
Engineering or a related field and professional experience.

I declare that Mr. XXX is providing services at “End Client” only as a contractor and his
employer “Employer”., has the full authority and control over his employment.
