Rationale of the Study

The fundamental reason for the proposal of this design is to be cost-effective and eco-
friendly that will consume only small amount of money and at the same time will not contribute
to the pollution. The researcher found out that the fuels needed by a vehicle to run the engine is
slowly running out so the researcher jumps with this idea of research.
The other reason for is study is to identify if energy coming from the sun and wind can be
enough to store energy in the vehicle that can provide electricity to run the said device.
Objectives of the Study
1. To identify the efficiency of the solar and wind panel to the contribution for the
generation of electricity to run the vehicle.
2. To assess the effectiveness of the wind and solar energy used in the vehicle.
3. To perform and contribute to the needs of the society.

Definition of Terms
1. Solar Energy – In this study, it is the radiant energy emitted by the sun which needs to be
collected using solar panels.
2. Wind Energy – In this study, it refers to the process of creating electricity using the wind.
3. Electronic bicycle – In this study, it is the vehicle that will run trough the use of its stored
energy.
