DEDICATION

This piece of work is wholeheartedly dedicated to Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala), the most

Merciful and the most Beneficent. It was only and only His special benevolence that I could

complete this project. To my family, for the special care and support that I received from them

throughout my educational career. My sister Sobia Amin deserves a special mention as my

lifetime mentor, a source of inspiration, and my moral, spiritual, and financial support. To all

my mentors, classmates, and university staff who were always there to help me out during this

study.

The success and final outcome of this project required a lot of guidance and assistance from

many people and I am extremely privileged to have got this all along the completion of my

work in post graduate lab Riphah institute of Pharmaceutical sciences and giving me all

Akhtar, Assistant professor, Department of pharmacy, Riphah institute of pharmaceutical

sciences, Lahore, for the continuous support of my M.Phil study and related research, for his

patience, motivation, and immense knowledge. His guidance helped me in all the time of

research and writing of this thesis. Bundle of thanks to my co-supervisor Miss Fareeha Anwar

for her professional guidance and directions in this project.

Special thanks to my adoring friend Miss Misbah Mushtaq for her support and inspiring

discussions. Also, I would like to extend my sincere esteems to all staff in laboratory for their

timely support.
