    Observation of cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

    A 38 year old female patient named Mrs. I was admitted to the internal medicine ward with

    the chief complaint of shortness of breath. From the results of TTV examination observations

    obtained BP: 140/80 mmHg, N: 86x / minute, S: 37.8C, RR: 28x / minute. The patient also

    complains of coughing, thick phlegm (secretions). Physical examination revealed ronchi

    breath sounds, asymmetrical chest movements, and chest retraction, which seemed to require

    more effort to breathe. Chest X-ray showed fluid infiltrates in both lobes of the lung.

    Currently the patient is receiving 4 lpm nasal canule oxygen therapy, and a ventolin nebulizer

    2x / day.
