Letter of Intent to Supply the blasted rocks for construction of Salender Bridge
Project in Dar es salaam-Tanzania

Dear,

GROUP TRD TANZANIA LIMITED, Founded in 2020, as a strategic mining and construction company to
execute all mining and construction projects which Group TRD Korea gets in Tanzania. The company is still
on negotiation with the government of Tanzania on investment and development of the largest coal mine
project (Katewaka Coal Project), with an investment of over 84million United States dollar.

However , GROUP TRD TANZANIA LIMITED have expanded its business to incorporate mining and supply
of building materials, including aggregate, [crushed and un crushed] and sand.
GROUP TRD TANZANIA LIMITED has an Aggregate Quarry at Lugoba and fleet of machineries and plants
which are readily available to perform the supply of blasted rocks or other building materials
GROUP TRD [S.KOREA] and Group TRD Tanzania limited have requested the opportunity to supply
blasted rocks for the construction of Salender bridge project.

GROUP TRD TANZANIA LIMITED through its management Mr. Jiwoon Han (Chief Director) officials are
requesting for the supply of materials.
We also wish to assert that we will do all that is possible to supply the materials needed on time and per
specifications required for the project to be successful
