Instructions to fill Online Registration Performa

1. Please download the registration performa specified for the classes (IX and XI)
applicable and fill up the same in BLOCK LETTERS and in legible handwriting.
Avoid overwriting in the filled entries.
2. After filling all the entries and duly signed by the parent, you are requested to
upload the following documents on the Google form Link which will be provided
on 24.09.2020 by evening:
(i) The scanned / snapped copy (i.e. .pdf or .jpg file format) of the same
Performa.
(ii) Scanned copy / snapped copy (i.e. .pdf or .jpg file format) of the payment
slip.
3. The CBSE Registration fee can be deposited through the module of Online Fee
Collection (Miscellaneous Payment) in School’s Website. The payment process
will be started from 24.09.2020.
